VictorShell is a WebGPU-first Web3D SaaS Platform. We provide interactive 3D configurators, virtual try-ons, AR experiences, 360° virtual tours, motion capture tools, and fully custom interactive 3D applications — all delivered via a lightweight JavaScript SDK and a secure API key. You embed a single script tag; we handle the rendering engine, CDN, and licensing.

Integration takes under 30 minutes. After subscribing and generating an API key from your dashboard, you load our lightweight JavaScript SDK bundle or open-source component template into your product page. It seamlessly embeds into Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento, custom React/Vue/Next.js apps, or plain HTML storefronts with zero native app dependencies.

Yes — you will need a GLB or GLTF file of your product. If you don't have one, our team can assist with 3D modelling as part of a custom onboarding package. Contact sales for details. Once you have the model, you simply pass its URL as an attribute to the viewer component.

Monthly plans give you full flexibility to cancel any time. Yearly plans are billed annually and offer a significant discount (roughly 2 months free). One-Time / Lifetime plans are a single perpetual payment — you own the license for that product version indefinitely with no recurring fees. All plans include the same feature set for the chosen tier.

Yes! Our license engine validates on the root main-domain level. A single license for brand.com will automatically work across all its subdomains (like shop.brand.com or staging.brand.com) and regional TLDs (like brand.co.uk or brand.ca) without requiring extra seats. For completely separate brands or entirely different root domains, you can add extra seats from your dashboard at a 50% discount.

Every paid configurator plan includes a 7-day free trial. During the trial, the viewer renders with a small VictorShell watermark and has session limits to prevent commercial use before payment. No credit card is required to start a trial — simply register, subscribe to a trial tier, and generate your key.

You can cancel any active subscription at any time directly from your Dashboard under Billing & Subscriptions. Your access remains active until the end of the current billing period. For refund requests within the first 7 days of a new subscription, submit a refund request from the same screen and our team will review it within 2 business days.

Yes. Our engine is WebGPU-first with a WebGL 2.0 fallback, covering the vast majority of modern smartphones and tablets. The viewer component is fully responsive and touch-optimised — supporting pinch-to-zoom, swipe-to-rotate, and gyroscope-driven AR where supported by the device.

Absolutely. VictorShell is platform agnostic by design. Our SDK integrates cleanly into Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento, BigCommerce, and any custom web stack. For headless or API-first e-commerce setups, we also provide a REST API for triggering renders and querying configuration state programmatically.
